Many of us are aware that working on a company's staff, whatever business it may be can be stressful. They have a lot of things to do with a lot of deadlines to meet. Especially for an HR manager, where they are responsible for checking and hiring employees for the company, the pressure and stress will always be present with them because they need to have the wisest and the best decision in choosing someone.

Hiring someone into a company will take weeks if done manually for there are a lot of people who are looking for works these days.
