Very few classic games stand out through the test of time, and prove their real addition. In 2002 when flash based games become popular, there were only about 10 games to play, and now in the year 2008 there have been about 20 more addicting classic games added to the vault! Most all of these games are ones you are familiar with already but hey, who knows, maybe I will introduce you into one you haven't heard of or haven't given a fair chance! My number one choice for this list is a game that I have been playing since the 80s, I never get tired of it and it never bores me. Considering the variety of different games available to us, let alone the type of games; flash, Internet, computer, video game, it's really hard to be able to say what makes a good game a good game. However, no matter how hard of a question this is, many people are still asking it. I'm sure I could list a few games I love in the console world such as Need For Speed and the ever popular Tom Clancy trilogies, but just because I may like these games, doesn't mean everyone else does! Examples of good games are out there but, they don't really answer the question at hand. All in all I think for everyone, the question; what is a good game? Comes down to a few major attributes. These attributes are included in the following paragraphs, these are of course generalizations and don't count towards or include game titles, there are merely categorical opinions.

In fact, exploration of games has pointed that playing a simple video game for 30 minutes is a tremendous way to relieve tension. An informal game is a game that is easy to play but hard to master. It could be as easy as Solitaire or Freecell. These games are simple to understand and only include a few simple rules.
Playing for 15 to 30 minutes a day will help assist your psyche in not thinking about certain things, this will result in a "break from reality" which will then lead to less stress. And this can be done with any video game not just one or the other. It is a positive benefit to take a break from reality and dumb down for a short period of time. Personally for me, I work at home, and I often find myself leaving the desk for just a wee bit to take a break and play a game, especially on those really stressful days. Heck you can even play games if you don't have a console, simply visit a few Arcadia sites available online. You can play these games right from your computer, it's completely free and you can play whenever you want, which in some of your cases might be a problem, so try to control yourself! This isn't a form of procrastination so don't use it for that! This is a form of stress relief, use it wisely.

This trend is being played out across the rest of the EU as well with the number of new vacancies for conveyancing solicitors in Ireland dropping dramatically in the second half of this year. According to one expert in the field, what was once a booming market with dozens of jobs advertised each week has dropped to a trickle.
"When the market was booming, firms hired a huge amount of newly qualified solicitors, but that market is now non-existent. There have been redundancies within legal firms. I would think there will be more. Law firms have to be realistic if they haven't got work for their staff." Said John Macklin from Bridgewater Recruiting.
Macklin added that the number of jobs that his company were offering in the field had dropped massively in June this year. "It's currently zero. I can't remember the last time there was a conveyancing job on the market," he added.

In Scotland, Conveyancers have hit out at the new Home Reports that have been brought in by the Scottish Parliament, which they say will hurt the industry further.
The Home Reports, much like HIPs in England and Wales, aim to provide more information about the property for sale. But, like HIPs, questions have been raised about the cost to potential sellers and whether this will discourage people from putting their home on the market.
Fergus Macpherson from A1 Financial made clear that he thought the new reports would be more trouble than they were worth.
"At the moment you can put your house on the market for about £250. Now you can't dip your toe in it without the outlay of at the very least £500 for the home report, probably more. Plus the £250 on top. Why would anyone dip their toe in any more?" he said.
With all this turmoil then, conveyancers are looking towards the government to help the housing market and re-ignite what is an essential part of the UK economy.

Vanity and grooming are traditionally female concerns but you don’t have to look very hard these days to see that men are taking a lot more care of their appearance. These modern men are now spending more money on grooming and procedures than ever before. Plastic surgeons are reporting a significant increase in the number of men opting for facial surgery and liposuction, and new figures have shown a 30% rise in the number of males paying for botox treatments.
Hair removal is another traditionally female concern that is now seeing its fair share of male interest. Hair has historically been seen as a sign of manhood but it is now socially acceptable for heterosexual men to appear silky smooth and to pay attention to areas that were previously left for nature to take care of. The majority of men depicted in magazines are unnaturally smooth with little or no sign of hair what-so-ever, and it seems that this has become the blueprint for the modern man. Facial hair is still accepted however, but only in the form of perfectly manicured designer stubble.
So are these immaculately groomed perfumed, smooth-skinned men with teeth whitened and big hair they’ve clearly spent a long time sculpting real men? Is this really the sort of behaviour we should be encouraging, where your boyfriend borrows your hair straighteners and spends longer getting ready than you do? Whatever happened to having a wash with soap and shampoo, chucking on a pair of jeans, some shoes and a shirt, slapping some gel in your hair, a quick spray of deodorant and Bob’s your uncle? These days it’s all soothing body wash, scruffing lotion, aftershave balm and sculpting body hair goo, not to mention the moisturising, blowdrying and whatever else goes on. It’s a wonder these fellas have got time to go out at all.
Perhaps men have always aspired to look like the model men they see in glossy publications and on the big screen, in the same way that women have. In recent years we’ve certainly seen less of the alpha male characters who previously represented male role models – Arny, Sly, Bruce, Mel, Jean Claude etc. These rough, tough characters have been replaced by smooth talking, no-action skinny pretty boys like Orlando Bloom, Ashton Kutcher, Leo Di Caprio and Brad Pitt. Sport has also gone the same way, the tough tackling football hardmen of the 70s, 80s and 90s like Graeme Souness and Vinny Jones have been replaced by effeminate young men like David Beckham, Christiano Ronaldo and Cesc Fabregas who, it’s reported, recently paid around £3000 for an all-over body wax. Even rugby, once the domain for only the manliest of men, has been infiltrated by some of these young, immaculately coiffured ‘metrosexuals’ such as Charlotte Church’s husband Gavin Henson, and the new darling of English Rugby Danny Cipriani.
