Reading Body Gestures In Women

By Chase Chandler

Messages are sent out in more ways than one. Body language is one of them.

Wouldn't you like to know how to interpret body languages? Wouldn't it be nice to know how someone feels or thinks about you? Can you tell by the way a person acts if he or she is being honest and sincere? Or perhaps you aspire to unknowingly leave an excellent impact on anybody without actually saying anything. Do you want to know how? Read on to find out how to be able to interpret body languages.

To interpret body languages easier, you must first know what each factor presents. These factors include eye contact, posture, and body contact.

Eye to Eye Contact

Visual contact is most efficient among the other aspects. It may be an intent gaze or a meaningful glance, or may also be direct and or indirect.

Mostly though, making eye connection for a particular duration is taken as staring, and this is an uncomfortable position to be in.

Furthermore, a person who is at ease with whoever he is conversing with can maintain visual connection without any problem. Contradict to this, anyone who is afraid or guilty finds eye to eye contact a very uncomfortable and difficult thing to do.

Position

How you stand, sit or move say so much about you. Is confidence one of your best assets? This too can be answered through your gestures. Also, the same flow of body language only indicates that the parties involved are comfortable with each other.

Sometimes, this comes out naturally between individuals. Moreover, is there any particular posture that eases up self-esteem? Try to take notice how one stands or sits down when under a lot of pressure.

To help you better, take this advice: when you find yourself in a stressful situation, position yourself in the most comfortable posture. Find the perfect posture that lightens your mood and makes you feel good inside. In addition, it is best if you couple it with optimism. In no time, everything will prove to be effective.

Body Contact

Shake hands is the most common form of physical interaction. It too manifests varied meanings. Weak handshakes mean insecurity, hesitation or low self-esteem. Meanwhile, hard handshakes show aggressiveness.

Understandably, individuals who grew up in a culture wherein body contact is apprehended as normal are more accepting and open to it. Therefore, make sure that your partner or whoever it is you are dating with is all right with body contact.

Since everyone reacts to gestures and actions differently, it is best if each individual will learn to cater their movements according to the person they are dating or are with, because if not, both person and relationship may be hurt along the way.

And lastly, try to pay attention to other's body language and decipher what it's telling. Can you tell if a person likes you or not? Or after seeing two people together, can you tell how close they are relating with each other?

Try to read the signals by interpreting body language.
